Jack Sawyer is a native of Columbus. He started as a tight end in high school before switching to defense. During his senior years, he stepped in for an injured quarterback, throwing for 1,056 yards and 9 touchdowns.
Since 2021, he played for Ohio State, spending four seasons with the team and becoming a starter in his final two years.
EDGE Jack Sawyer was twice named to the Big Ten Second-Team All-Conference. Winner of the 2024 College Football Playoff.
